Payment for Birthday Parties: 

Full payment must be received at least 14 days before the party date for a rental booking and at least 21 days for a themed booking. The date wil not be reserved until payment has been made in full.  Please note we only accept cash.

Cancellation policy for Birthday Parties:
0% refund and no rebooking option if cancellation date is 7 days or less before rental date for both rental or themed party. 50% refund or rebooking option if party date is 14 to 8 days before rental date if a rental booking and 50% refund or rebooking option if party date is 21 to 8 days before rental date if a themed booking. Rebooked parties are non refundable. Please note party is considered day 0.
